NERF the effin Defiler COOP difficulty!!!

I made a mistake at first not upping the crit chance to 100% with Ines build, but got Colossus damage reactor, using SG, Slayer set, MP buff, and couldnt get even close to 1-30, I barely remove his shield and 10-15% and die 3 times. Toxic clouds and toxic aoe gun gets me all the daum time! What a hell? I`m dealing 550k per tick, running like hell and still get wiped. I`m not that bad but I just dont get how people with the same damage numbers killing him in 30 seconds! Figured out it was just lack of DPS because of lack of crit chance, so this boss is pure DPS check, and here we go to the best part:

about COOP, its completely unfair and punishing, somehow the difficulty spikes 5-6 times, not 4. I want to enjoy the game in coop, have it medium difficulty. If I wanted my @ss to burn I`d play souls games.

I have the worst luck too get stuck with people that just want too get carried a minute in when they realize they wont get quick a carry they leave - _ - Five matches in row this happen too me so i just gave fk up really >.>

This boss so casual even consollers can kill him ez pz, dunno whats the drama

Did about 100m in total damage with Greg took about 9 minutes :P

Atm I don't believe Defiler is for every player. For real, is not for me. I tried once in private and did 0.00001 damage on his shield with a fully op'ed Albion Calvary gun. People are saying anyone can do it, but I don't see it that way. I'll give another shot next weekend and search a few guides.

I guess you have to have all mods, every single gear leveled up with correct stats sets plus understand all hidden mechanics and boss behavior. The grinding/time required to get to this point is just not fun.

The cheapest way to kill defiler might be non crit high voltage bunny + mid air manuvering + inversion that reduce grapple time, you need to stay on air whenever possible (new core that reduce grapple cooldown help too), also those YouTuber use slayer set with mp recovery substat. Or you can slog thru with ajax like me, but it took 9 minutes. Ps: if you have problems with poison bring blue beetle to nulify posion every couple second.

If you are having issues with MP then its probably due to the stats in your slayer set, having Max MP and MP recovery in combat in your sensor makes a huge difference (even if both are purple), also try to aim for MP recovery modifier and DEF for your memory (again, purple stats also work here). Another point is inversion reinforment, we have a couple of options that help with the fight in there, in red lane(Hunt) I use the 3rd option, in green lane (Recovery) use either the 2nd or 4th option and in purple lane use the 2nd option. Hope this help you to get clears more easily.

I kill him on bunny in 2 minutes without dying even once... you probably have the wrong physique. And you don't understand how the boss's timing works. It doesn't mean that everyone cries the same way you do.

This is really the easiest boss... You don't even have to shoot there. And Iness kills him in +-40 seconds without ever dying at close range on a normal build...

Vali, on a more complex build for whiners, does he kill this boss in 18 seconds?
I spent about 2 hours to redo the vali for this boss, for a rebuild

I got all the gear and stats. The EXACT build from videos. Thats the question - either I have the worst luck with crits, or something is wrong here. I can survive the initial minute and burn his shield, but he goes second phase with autoaim poison gun he gets me everywhere. I dont have very fast internet so it might be a small lag, but honeslty thats just too much. IW was fine, I soloed him with several chars and COOP was adequate. Here is a complete disaster.

Either make all game like souls hard and everyone will quit, including the premades that are 0.0001% of population, or make difficulty medium-hard. Not daum overkill.

I dont care really. I have the proper build. I want to relax and kill things my way, which is the way of major audience.

I don't know... Stop whining like children already... you don't want to download your descendants and play normally. Don't play at all... Otherwise, nerfing an already weak boss is already insanity. If you are not able to play against him, then it's too early for you to do it. Go and do other activities.

Albion cavalry with the new weapon system core unlocked is over powered. you can get 4 damage modifiers on it, two of which is your choice . Defilers Total hit points along with shields is 78 million in solo

Fully topped out Albion can definitely take it out on it own .

You got some grinding to do

The secret is to equip the toxic resist mod (yellow). He becomes al ot more managable after that

I have 3 descendants who can kill him from 18 seconds to 2:50 minutes. At the same time, without ever dying, thanks to the yellow anti-poison addon and good life characteristics.
Banny. Valby. Inness - which just blows this boss to pieces

and I've already stuffed myself with 1 core on it. + The second one will be coming soon... while spending no more than 1 hour a day.
