Whats the point of having lower tier weapon core when the highest tier is obviously the best choice and you could get it by doing the exact same mission?¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I would say the best solution is to having a dismantle it into void abyss metal fragment, which makes core binder much more obtainable and it's create a more or less healthy grind loop. 10:1 is a fair ratio I would say considering it drops from enemies as well.
