I can't disable the Frame Generator
I had a 2060 and I was able to activate Vsync and also the AMD frame generator, now with the 4060 ti I can't deactivate either the AMD frame generator or the NVIDIA one, it's as if both were activated at the same time and I can't deactivate either of them, I can't even change Vsync, I can use DLSS, but that's it. I'm also having FPS drops from 70 to 24 in Albion, something that didn't happen before.

Just delete %localappdata%\M1\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings.ini to let game recreate the default file.

You also might as well clear your shader cache and don't use nvidia app. Better use DDU to purge all graphic related stuff in windows safe mode since you transition from an old card so there might be junk left dangling in the registry. Then install fresh.
