Different vouchers.

The vouchers you get from 400% Infiltrations are different from the ones you get for selling blueprints, and are used to buy different things from the vendor.

From the patch notes:

Sell Blueprints:
-You can sell the blueprints you have.
-Available from Mastery Rank 10.

Exchange Infiltration Operation Reward
-You can purchase various items with <Standard ETA Vouchers>.
-<Standard ETA Vouchers> can be obtained by completing Infiltration Operations with 400% Kill Score Multiplier.

Exchange Supplies
-You can purchase various items with <Premium ETA Vouchers>.
-<Premium ETA Vouchers> can be obtained by selling blueprints.

I was hoping he'd have code breakers so that is nice. Not sure of the value of Descendant slots since anything not an Ult is MR fodder.

Descendants slots has value, because you buy them only with $.
Codebreakers, though, quite easy to get. But I bought everything useful, of course (except for useless weapons parts).

As of right now for me Descendant Slots don't have value because their aren't enough Ults out to have to really worry about it. Sure I can use a coupon to buy toothpaste for half off but I already have enough toothpaste.

I value code breakers because the best way to get them is to do one of the most mind numbing farms which makes me not want to play the game.
