How do you use ETA-0?

I just seen the mechanic pop up for selling or trading off extras or dupes for Ultimate parts you do not need(thank god). How do I access this, or is it a weekend only thing? Thank you. :)

Doesn't get here into tomorrow, hes a weekend vendor like xur and baro and minerva.

Mouse over ETA-0 icon on Albion map, it will show the hours left that it will arrive. So farm those vouchers beforehand.

Your bps are gonna give you premiun vauchers .... the ones you can farm now gives you standar ones ....

Right, but i am assuming we can get BP we actually need, or some cool stuff from long grinds. If we can even get some cosmetics from this store, then even better.

And 400% dungeons are broken AF right now. Got 136 tokens from one dungeon lol. Out of max 600 iirc.

Hopefully someone can post what ETA is selling tomorrow because I won't come back unless I can obtain the normal Descendant BP's I'm having terrible RNG with. I did not find it fun to grind normal Descendants like I was grinding Prime Warframes. Only in Warframe you can go into missions with 3 others and pick their part if you wanted so was a lot less punishing.

EDIT: Someone posted what ETA has and besides the extra Descendant slot there is nothing I would be interested in. I am only looking for BP's to normal Descendants I am having terrible RNG with and there was not one Descendant BP in there. R.I.P.
