It just sucks that the boss cant be done alone, I have tried it a few time with pugs but it's just a waste of time, you gotta be super lucky to eventually join one where everyone knows what to do and has decent gear to break parts, then it's prob not that bad, but yeah, good luck with that!
I still need to do mine but I'll try it with ppl that know what to do at some point.

I always ask who's gonna be the runner, if no one is answering, I ain't waste my time stayin, my only complain is the fire not big enough to be seen by others so everyone could accidentally pick it up and boom ruined the entire game

Highly recommend to use in-game voice chat when playing with randoms, so your team can coordinate accordingly. Unless people have it turned off, then try to use in-game chat, it's important everyone knows what to do, or you might aswell leave and start over, as it's waste of time otherwise.

You need to have a runner (Bunny best option here) on the team, picking up embers(flames) and ONLY that runner. Embers(flames) are created and dropped from the boss, by shooting weakspots/breakable parts (press TAB to use your scanner, and see weakspots).

5 embers need to be picked up and about the 7:20 mark, the runner should then pick up a 6th ember, and now EVERYONE needs to group up around the runner, as she/he forms a protective fire aura that prevents a team wipe - fail to do so or don't pick up the flames in time = team wipe. Depending on how long it takes to beat the boss, the same will happen again around the 4:30 mark and again around 1:30 - repeat the same procedure as described above.

I strongly recommend people struggling with this boss, watch some YT videos how it's done

The mechanic itself is a nice idea but the to small weak spots coupled with the fact that it moves like some cocaine addict just sucks.

It's a direct counter to the tamer.

Spray to much and miss the spots. Walker goes into rage mode. If nothing is destroyed until then it's pretty much a wipe.

Spend a like 4h day ago , carring newbies on Enzo with sniper rifle.
Took off all weaks and 4-5 legs out of 6 in rage forme.
Once done in 80% cases it was a win

Conclusion - just get gut.

How to beat it>

Step 1: Use pillars to climb high and shoot the 3 helmets on him, those drop the most flames

Step 2: Dont dps the boss too fast, only target weak points, avoid shooting it any where else.

Step 3: have some one run around and collect flames that drop, if they get hit they can lose all the flames then the run is ruined.

Step 4: The runner who has 6 flames is immune to his ultimate atk and cannot be frozen, the runner can unfreeze team mates by getting close to them.

Step 5: Repeat step 2


BONUS TIP

Embers are not flames and can drop also they will not add stacks to a flame.
