Any other Valby users experiencing Laundry Bomb doing absolutely NOTHING?

What the hell is with this game and things not working like they should?! I shoot out bubbles and either everything gets grabbed LIKE THEY SHOULD, or nothing happens, makes the risk of getting close with a dive or anything to put laundry on if the bubbles don't do ♥♥♥♥ and get me downed and waste mana/cd.

They need to have touched water to get pulled in. Otherwise only direct hits only.

If that's what the TOWED status is, its stupid that it doesn't explain what that status DOES, I swear I've hit targets with water before and they have laundry but it just ignores them regardless.
