Spent sometime wandering around looking for this. Are you talking about inside the mission area?

There is the mission, nearby this Waypoint.
First you need to get in here https://imgur.com/a/xQ10J9q
Then just go straight ahead, you'll have no forks in the road. When you get to the common room, just go straight ahead across the center all the way through. In next In the next branch of the common room keep to the left if there are any forks. https://imgur.com/a/LZ9GBJt
