And then there is the kuiper shards needed to upgrade mods. Every guide I see for farming shards is done in Hard mode. Well, I was stuck on normal Pyro so there is no way for me to get to Hard mode. No shards, no upgraded mods :/
I managed to beat Pyro eventually as Viessa with Lepic, Gley, and I think it was Freyna in my team. But I still feel like I didn't do it optimally.
I just had an Ajax second 0 run to the cube, take it, then run.
Instant leave from the 2 other players.
resistance isn't as important as other stats, since it has quite bad scaling. up to 5-7k is fine, but everything beyond that costs too much for too little improvements. That said, you can build it a littlebit, but def and even more so HP usually yield better results in raising your chances of survival.
Those farming missions also work on normal mode, it just takes longer since the enemies drop less stuff in general. You can also grind for weapons or descendants and farm kuiper in the respective missions.
Yeah, an instant leave is the only thing you can do there. Some people need to learn the hard way by having people constantly leave on them i guess.
I've gone at a slower pace and taken my time, so I'm stuck with all the casuals who don't take it nearly as seriously. As an example, I was doing public matchmaking for pyro collossi... bunnies everywhere... Bunny is an AOE character for handling crowds, and it dies immediately. Collossi have no crowds, and hit hard, making Bunny horrible, and yet, these people run into boss battles with Bunny... That's why I've gotten temporarily stuck at times, just because people at the casual level don't bother thinking or reading or even understanding basic game mechanics.
I was able to get over double the amount of resistance it recommends, plus tons of defense, so I think I either didn't go down, or only went down once. I used the correct mod for element type on the Tamer, and just unloaded on weak spots. Everyone else did the same. It went very smoothly.
But yeah, if your team sucks, you can't win. It's designed to be comfortable if everyone knows what they're doing.
Realistically, by level 60... people should know how to play the game, lol. Bunnies are not for boss battles, they're for AOE.
you can build bunny for boss battles with certain modules
but yeah bunny isnt great for the most of them
than it isnt impossible with the available gear level
its nearly impossible with bad teammates, which are thinking they can always play the same and get carried
