what is the orange bar below blue MP bar?

can anyone tell me what the orange bar below the blue MP bar is?
im playing as Ajax, it fills up when i defeat a bunch of enemies, but I have no idea what it is.
is it a special ability i can activate? is it some kind of passive buff like a "rage" type deal?
tried asking in game but no one answers

It's his "Void" passive ability. Using a skill fills up one bar. Filling up all 3 will cause the 4th skill you use to be in an "empowered" state, which is described when you read about your skills.

The short of it is that you get 33% of the bar whenever you cast a skill.
When it fills up all the way, your skills will glow blue and Ajax himself will light up a bit.
Casting a skill that's glowing blue uses the enhanced version if the skill.
