Ideas for Useful Gold sink

I was thinking about adding a feature to Infiltration and maybe even Defense ops. Let's say you bet 10k or 100k of that gold to raise your chance to loot by 1 to 10% on one item before starting the Ops or after each wave in Defense.
It's a win/win, we sink gold and people get better chance to get either some of the gold back by running the mission or get a loot.
Grinding smarter would be nice.

Buying dyes of ones you have already unlocked so you can get more then a single use out of them. Also allow dying default skins, not just item mall skins.

That would be a fair one. Great idea. Although, i think you can find Dyes in game.

If you need a gold sink you have not reached late game yet. Myself and everyone else I know that farm hard mode and level descendants and mods constantly need more gold.

Don't spend your gold it will go quick later like 5 million at a time

Upgrading a purple card costs 2 million gold.
You play multiple descendants and weapons with multiple builds which needs multiple cards.

Just leveling 10 purple cards would cost 20 million of gold, and it can be spent on one descendant easily, depending on how much you tinker your build.
Snipers, shotguns and launchers not even share their powerful purple cards.

But I agree, there could be something else to sink your gold into if you maxed yourself out or just not interested in making yourself more powerful at a time.

You can but they're single use only and tied to whatever armor/skin you apply them to :) so if you spend it all on Viessa...well guess what, you can't apply those colors to Bunny!
