The solution to this problem:

Go to C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local and delete the "M1" folder,

You will reset all the game settings, go to the game and set everything up again, congratulations - problem solved.

Hey, I have the exact same problem with this game. It always starts with Screen Calibration etc. I tried to follow your advice but I have no "M1" folder. Also nothing in my LocalLow and Roaming.
