Assign Module Socket Type

Hello,

I just used a crystallization catalyst for my descendant. I assigned to a module type, and I went from 60/60 to 52/55. Bug or feature?

Feature - you lost a bit of capacity, because your gear is back to lv1. As you go back up, it'll return.

Warframe has a feature where after you reach Mastery Rank 30, gear doesn't bump down anymore - leveled once, every forma after still has to be leveled but you get to use the max lv stats out of the gate. I hope this game has smthn similar.
