One entire week of farming this mod. The amount of times I've done the fire void in SL is in the triple digits. I've run The Haven 47 times. I've farmed Nuclear Reactor and Ambush for over 20 hours combined passively farming shards. I have gotten TWELVE unique red mods plus multiple dupes and enough materials to make 5 descendants and 4 guns.

But this thing? Nexon forgot to add the 5% drop chance into the pool.

I mean that's well within the probability. It's only around 90 runs you'd be going past the probability it would have dropped but still not impossible you didn't receive it by then.

i got 1 in 3 runs running hard mode. wherever the drop existed in the drop list.
