Follow the guide in the game, you have to power up your character and your mods.

Clicking on "recommended mods" is not a good idea because it just follows what mods are popular, not what mods WORK

Also it's going to constantly put unranked mods in your set, so don't do that

Take the time and look at your mods and see what they do and build from there, it won't take long

If you're familiar with Warframe at all, it's literally 1 for 1 exactly the same system

what is the best modules for this mission ?

That is dependant on your build, what weapons you're using, what descendant you're using, do you want to use a gun build, a skill build...take the time to look at the mods, the game isn't going to hold your hand

For your descendant, the three most important mods are going to be

+HP
+Def
+Skill Power

Start with those mods

For weapons, generally you want
+Crit Damage
+Crit Rate
and any element (when bossing you want to choose the element they're weakest to)

Again, read the descriptions of the mods, and you'll see on the left hand side of the screen the various effects you're stacking through your mods

Take literally just ten minutes and read the mods, it's not the hard to get a grasp of

Exactly this. You don't need a "build" at all while playing through the campaign. Just follow this persons advice because that will get you through the game.

You dont put crit on unless the gun has a high base crit change because its multi not add, If you throw all your crit% on a weapon with 1% crit chance you will waste too many mods.

Just put whatever has the highest +firerarm atk on it on the gun and stack that. Also add one of the elemental mods that gives you an additional 30% attack of an element extra.

You Descendant willt not need spellpower when playing the campaign. Just socket health armor and shield increase (the blue mods). The shield also benefits from def (unlike in warframe).
