Report a translation problem
Steam has been blocking transactions for certain people for this game. You can try to contact Steam support, to see if they can re-enable it on their end. I know a few people who did this and were able to get it fixed.

And if you look at your receipt on steam it will show as consumed.
Steam will not refund it.
Nexon will not answer your ticket.
Nexon will not refund your steam wallet.
I spent $214 on July 7 and still have not received anything.
Open Shop UI, see the Email Inbox in the left-down corner, click it - there are incoming messages where you have to click caliber attachments to claim them

Are you able to roughly explain on how you it was fix for you? like what did you mention to the steam support? I have sent out 4 support ticket with it being the same replies "Please try again at a later time" without much info.
