134% crit rate, 10.4% actual skill crit rate on character sheet?

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting 100% crit rate, but 100%=10%?

critrate on weapons and skills add from the base value, so like bunny has 5% base skill crit, adding 134% gives her a critrate of 11,7% while viessa has a base of 15%, resulting into 35,1% critrate

These kinds of mods are always multiplicative, not additive, so it depends on what you have without the mod and thus, not every character profits from it.

base value? just unequip all mods that add some and then check character sheet

What calculation leads you to say that 134% will be X or Y????
