Nexon Customer Support (Account Linking)
I have also had issues with account linking/unlinking with no resolution so far. I reached out to Nexon customer support for The first Descendent, and have not received any word back so far. Would anyone happen to know the average response time for them? I know this is a large issue, so I'm not expecting an immediate response from them. I'm just hoping it won't be a whole month before I hear back.

Did you ever get a response? I have been locked out of playing due to this same issue for 5 days and am getting very frustrated
GamingBrigade does videos on this, Thankfully I'm a Steam only player but sounds like they need to fix it. He also has a temp fix for it if you want to look him up on Youtube.

Thanks for this but my issue is a bit deeper, my Nexon account was "suspended" for inactivity. Once I linked, it locked me out. I can't login to Unlink it and the only solution I have found is to put in a support ticket. That was 5 days ago with no info.

I have submitted follow-up tickets but they all get bot responses saying I already have a ticket open and to update that one. Problem is, I can't login to update it.

Agreed. I know it's hard to parse people claiming "BaNnEd FoR nO rEaSoN" but I genuinely did nothing wrong. I didn't even try to refund purchases. It only happened after I linked my account for Twitch drops. It has been a nightmare.

Sorry about that man, hopefully they will listen and realize they might lose customers for no reason. Sounds like they need better customer service, has to be better than Fallout 76 Customer support it took me 5 months to get a proper response from those clowns on something equally as stupid.

Well every MMO Developer technically does this. World of Warcraft suspends accounts that go inactive after X amount of time. My old WOW account is suspended, but can be reactivated. Nexon is just super slow and barely responsive but can unlock an old account.

Wow that's crazy, I'm not much of an MMO fan but that's really lousy.

My bad I never even saw these notifications. They pretty much said the same thing they said to everyone else. Just unlink it and try logging it. Once they did say that, it magically worked 🤷‍♂️. So idk if there is an actual fix for it.

If you are new player. that account is empty . go link its before play :o

But IF YOU NOT NEW PLAYER THAT ACCOUNT FULL OF STUFF.

DONT DO IT . LINK = RESET EVERYTHING IN THAT ACCOUNT.

My friend is dealing with this issue, but it linked his Steam to an old Nexon account, and when he tried getting in it wants a passcode, from an email...and he does not have the password. Google responded to his reset request by telling him they will send an email to the recovery email he has on file...in 30 days. No Freya event for him.
I created ticket 20 days ago, got 2 answers in period of 5-7 days with same bot text, that they got my info and moved it to another department and "I mUsT be PaTiEnT" and full silence since that last response
