It's Intel vs Ryzen problems. Intel hangs, Ryzen flickers. Pick your poison !!!

It's a feature, not a bug...

I’m dealing with the same ♥♥♥♥. The only thing that works for me is to completely shut down your rig (restart wont work) and you have to jump straight into the game. If you play one game, and then try playing TFD, it wont work for me.

I have Intel and get that Flickering too. So its not CPU Specific :steamhappy:

I don't have this issue, but any chance it's related to GSync? The FPS is wildly variable in this game, maybe it's having issues keeping up with the huge dips and spikes.

It has definitely to do with the Frame Rate. I turned all off or on, still flickering. I capped the FPS in Menue from 144 to 60 and its gone. Back to 144 and it starts flickering again in Menue and Map because the Game lock the Menues and Map to 60-70 FPS. While running around with 144fps there is no Flickering.

ddu and install latest drivers
sounds to me like the gsync brightness flickering thing. if you are using a gsync monitor try change the "preferred refresh rate" from the default "highest available" to "application-controlled" in nvidia control panel for the game and see if it helps.

Ur right, its G-Synch for me. When it starts flickering i can turn Gsynch off and the Flickering stops. I hope they fix this.
