VRAM, not RAM. Meaning, not the system RAM but the RAM your graphics card has available - which in your case are 3GB.

3 gig vram. You need at least 4 vram and 16 mem to be able to compile ue shaders in minimal options. But I think if you look hard enough on Reddit, you can still find a way to start it. But it will be a pain to play since game requires at least a consistent 30 fps to be able to do anything.

You need to "borrow" a config file but make sure you know what you are doing.

Hmm this YT guy is running it on a 1060 3gb, but it's not pretty, in every meaning of the word.
