Also turns out mods (at least some) *do* go to your mailbox?
I was farming for Amplification Control and I was full on mods, turns out there's 3 copies in my mailbox though
time and time
xdd 1000 module full xdd
Too bad you lost a transcendent module but it is your own fault here.
It only applies to direct mission rewards that you get at the end of missions, but were unable to recieve due to your inventory being full at the moment of mission ending.
Any items that are all over the place on the ground and not picked up by you - mods included - do not interact with Lost and found system.
The game literally tells you where to go and dismantle in a sub quest.
Considering you go there during a literal mission in the campaign, this can't be "overseen" it's pure ignorance because "Farm farm farm" only matters
The tools are there and are explained to the player, it's their fault for not paying attention
People realy should stop victimizing ignorance and refusal to learn...
