Cant Authorize transaction

Hi anyone having issue unable to authorize transaction for first descendant caliber purchase?

sounds like your bank is blocking the transaction. this happens when a purchase is going to a seller out of country in most cases.

i play a lot of gacha games where the companies are located in china. for the longest time my credit card would auto block all these transactions due to me being located in the US.

when this happened i would have to call the cc and have them allow it on the next transaction

eventually the CC company realized i make so many purchases from other countries that it somehow flagged mine to just allow all out of country purchases lol

Did it through steam, so had no issues. Add funds to steam wallet, boom, done. Are you buying through nexon?

I added the funds to my wallet and it’s still not processing on the app and my pc. Idk why it’s not letting me blow my money on some in game currency

I had the same problem, you need to contact steam support, open a ticket and they fix your account. Dont know what the problem was they only said it was fixed ;)

They just keep closing my tickets saying there’s nothing they can do and that there was fraudulent activity on my account. Also saying that my account has been restricted temporarily due to that.

one transaction has bugged, you need to cancel it in steam click your name in steam window, and you ll have the options
