Acquire enchantment level 10 Power Increase

Does anyone know which module?

I have Technician maxed and even maxed out another Technician module just to make sure it wasn't a bugged.

its blue mod. just do a search in the mod section. i had a couple and didnt even know it was a thing.

Guys, remember that you can always combine modules to get new modules. This is actually the best way to get red modules you don't have.

You have to hope you just get lucky
Do not go by in game info saying certain modules are from certain missions, this is false information

All modules drop from almost anywhere randomly so it is all RNG luck

Even red Transcendant modules drop from spots they are not shown as available

I even had 1 yellow Ultimate module I wanted to try, never dropped for several months, only non-red module I was missing
It dropped within the past few weeks
Sadly it also seems to be broken doing absolutely nothing, shame would have been good

Still does not complete the sidequest. Managed to gather about 4 of them, all blue "Power Increase" modules, all LVL 6 (they all come at this basic level).
Even when I level them up to 10, sidequest still does not recognize it as it was not FOUND at LVL 10.
Stupid quest. Any suggestions?

Level 10 means it's Maxed out, not just a 10 capacity requirement.

THAT WAS IT! Thank you @Fake. So for anyone else TL;DR: go look for the named modules in your inventory and upgrade them to the max, before going out to farm them.
