Sorry dude, you`re paycheck wont be vaild :D
Your statement is an apodictical nonsense.
As far as I see LIGHTFLOW played more then 900 hours. This qualified him to make every statement he wants in regard to TFD as the experience is evidently existent…
balance and butchering a character is 2 different thing
nerfing her dmg so its "okay" on low lvl content like 400% dungeon means she is trash at higher lvl content like VEP or abyss
but even that would be much more manageable compare to what they did to ines "balancing"
they increase her 4th cooldown 3x from 30s-90s base
increase her dmg intervals by 50%
and lower her dmg output overall
yeah this aint adjustment, this is a chopping block
the fact that a support base char like LUNA is doing better at skill DPS compare to current ines is embarrassing show of these players and dev knowledge on game balance.
cause i have less than 700h yet i have everything in the game
clear all content, max multiple gears/characters
and practically one shotting the latest boss thanks to how broken weapon core X is that conveniently nobody talks about cause casuals cant get to VEP30 yet
playtime means nothing pass certain point cause it can just be lobby AFK/chatting times
Hell if you had speed modules on Freyna you could get all of the kills before the rest. Does that mean we should nerf her into the ground with massive cool downs?
Nexon should add beyond hard difficulty stuff to be consistent with its description in the store. "Experience the fun of strategic boss fights through 4-player co-op and various unique characters, exciting gunplay, and looting. A variety of equipment is necessary for growth, and you can obtain them through clearing scenario missions within the game or in the World Missions where cooperation is crucial and battles with huge bosses". This section was a thing in pre-season, and got lost with each update that came after.

Those are just a few examples of what is wrong with the patch but hey lets just keep eating the s h i t video gaming companies have been throwing at us and be happy about it.
