Void Erosion Purge Order of Truth
So I was running up some void erosions solo and noticed the difficulty spiked significantly between 27 and 28, Legion of Immortality to Order of Truth. I ran both a few times just to be sure, and the numbers are as follows roughly (depends on how many enemies are spawned):

Legion of Immortality VEP 27: ~550 enemies with total damage dealt ~500,000,000 giving the enemy health average as 909,090.

Order of Truth VEP 28: ~220 enemies with a total damage dealt of ~3,400,000,000 giving the enemy health average as 15,454,545.

That roughly puts each Order of Truth enemy near hard mode solo Devourer or Obstructor in terms of health for an enemy level change of 257~258 for Legion of Immortality to 258~259 for Order of Truth.

Has anyone else experienced this, is the Order of Truth so much more meaty than the other Vulgus, or does that +1 enemy level really make that much of a difference?

28, 29 and 30 are all like this. Designed for weapon builds.

Each of the three original Vulgus factions prefers a specific defensive measure over the others, with the Legion of Darkness preferring DEF and Attribute Resistances, the Legion of Immortality preferring Max Shield, and the Order of Truth preferring Max HP. In addition, the Order of Truth has zero base DEF (weapon and Sub ATK resistance), Non-Attribute Resistance, and Electric Resistance at all levels (all other resistances across all three factions are non-zero), so I don't find it surprising that their Max HP would be scaled really strongly to compensate for the lack of effective HP scaling from DEF growth that the other two factions get.

Oh yeah for sure, I ran with Ines to see how skills would compare and the need for gun builds is abundantly clear. I have the Gley Last Dagger build and all that and am building up my Serena, just very interesting to see how much it changes. Thanks!

Very interesting stuff seeing the different designs and how much just straight pumping HP up for the Order of Truth does for them, especially over the shields of Immortality. I suppose that makes sense since we can strip away defenses and resistances but HP just requires raw damage. Good thing then that 28, 29, and 30 are not Truth as that would probably make the grind a pain rather than a hassle. Thanks for the response!
yeah i dont get why ppl think 400 dungeons are hard and they brag about being able to solo them when the higher level veps are the real challenge

You can also solo VEP30 within 3 minutes and that is on the slower end.

yes just saying that you cant really run through the whole thing with ease and under 3 minutes
Yeah, the jump to stage 28 is brutal, IMHO.
It was this way, before the nerf to Void Erosion, and it doesn't seem to have changed that much.
I was stuck on 28 for the longest time, and then after the nerf,
managed to clear it in a group of three. I was so happy, and maybe the others were as well!
29 is actually easier, and 30 about the same, so you only see top Descendants there,
Gley, Serena, the occasional suck Lepic. That's about it, bad game design with no room for variation IMHO

I stay farming in 27.
Every time I fail 28 because of time limit my blood pressure goes high and my stomach ulcer gets worst.
