Purchase Ticket Ult bunny

I got a ticket for Ult Bunny today from logging in daily, but I can't redeem it; I can only buy the package! Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know how to solve it?

I got it too, but I can't open it.

Enter game.
Go to mail.
Collect Special Rewards Box.
Open inventory.
Go to Consumables.
Click on Misc.
Click on Special Rewards Box.

Since I have Bunny already I assume the normal process will proceed as follows, though I could be wrong.

Click on Buinny.
Go to Descendents Tab.
Go to Descendents List.
Make sure you have an open spot.
Click on Bunny.

Voila.

Took me a bit to figure out the correct sequence of what to click on when trying to get the Ult Bunny.
I use a controller to play so it will differ from the keyboard.
1. press key to open the menu
2. select descendant 3rd tab down.
3. two clicks to the right is the "Ultimate Descendant" tab, click there.
4. Opens all available Ultimate Descendants - Ulti Bunny will have that COIN looking Purchase Ticket. Click on that to get your Ulti-Bunny.
