I cant be the only one who thinks that Erosion Purge 20+ is a powercreep joke

So... here we are again. I see the leaderboards, where people clear erosion lvl28+ with every possible type of descs but I really think they are hardcore minmaxers or whatever. I barely manage to do it in progress time with Ines, which is a powercreep everywhere. Who da hell is it possible solo with Ajax for example? I might be missing something, but thats just too much for a "fun endgame" Core mechanic is alright, but the level of purges is too much. Autoaim beams esp. I dont believe it can and should hit Bunny at lightspeed yet it does. Also the aoe posion damage deals damage in midair... Im up for hard content, but thats not what it supposed to be. Tactics, more coop, Ajax shieding or more gun play variety. This is pure run for top DPS and DPS only, with little to no tactics. Avoiding damage and being 1 shot killed is not fun. Going into def and HP makes it impossible to clear in 10 minutes. I have really NO idea how people clear Erosion in 2 minutes. Thats literally impossible for an average player.

The real problem is the devs that dont explain the basics they added. They just say "hey we added cores to weapons to make them better" and nothing about USE those weapons in new content. Every NORMAL dev says hey use this to do this. I dont have to search forums to get the answer. Try on my own? Its not 2000s where a game can take the whole attention from a player. There are tons of content and differnt games and devs must work to keep players and make life fun, of good challenge and adequate time consuming. Not like hey, we dont care, figure out on your own what to do, we busy counting money. Garbage attitude. Maybe it works in Korea, it doenst work worldwide.

Anyway, I still enjoy the game, but content gets more and more lazy mode DPS\mob HP up road. I`m not enjoying Erosions, esp in COOP game where you MUST do SOLO to progress. I hope full COOP to erosions is coming up, because its more stressfull than rewarding at this time.

Lol, the best course of action my @$$. The best is to make coop game a coop game. I can handle it solo, but I dont enjoy solo as much as coop. Its an easy answer ffs. Make coop coop, not sometimes when we feel its like ok to have some coop in a coop game we allow you to have better coop experience. OMG...

I always solo 20 purge for shoping :o but well its expand to 30 already .

infact.. I pass lvl 20 to 21 @ first attempt .. by Duo with someone from lfg in world chat.
and that play friend is same MR with me :3 ...

No issue :o on difficulty .. its all about You can play by party or not.. you manage its well .and strong enough for it :0 ?

this is right in front of our eyes. only 28 people on the leaderboard have set a time in stage 30. that's 0.28% of 10,000 (approximate active audience on PC right now). and it's unknown how many of them are cheaters lol.
and only ONE console player has set a time in stage 30 (there are no cheats on consoles).
something is wrong here, and this is a strange direction for a MULTIPLAYER game.
what's next? a new game mode where you have to heal a bunch of people solo on Yujin? well they added Yujin to this game for a reason, right?

Played stage 1, decide I don't want to play more. Could I finish more? sure. Do I want to? no. This kind of gear check in a F2P game that sells power is a hard pass.

This is one of the few places Ajax can be a beast ...as long as he has ammo. He can finally flex all the HP and Defense he has but if he runs outta ammo he is worthless.

Well to be fair it doesnt sell power. You can pretty easy and fast build an OP char. The thing is - why would you since the only way to compare is SOLO leaderboard. Meh... I`m done by LVL22 now, dont feel like going further. It says weak to poison but Freyna barely makes it in time, while Ines rushes through like knife through butter. And mobs supposed to be strong to electricity. Dumb as an oak balance.

I also tried it with Frenya. and frenya was my main for a long time, I started the game with her. so I have two maxed out frenyas. and still couldn't beat these levels with her.
I did it with Viessa. But it will be even funnier later. just not enough damage with skills. because "we won't nerf descendants" lol. instead we'll buff creeps! 😄

No, it is a mistake, play Ines instead. She melts these mobs.

Seems to me everyone is completely missing the point. The way I see it, this is a mode about guns, not descendants. To do the later stages you need to upgrade your guns. You're not supposed to do it with what you have now, you're supposed to work your way up as you upgrade your guns. There is no need to complete this content besides upgrade more guns and there is no need to do it within 3 days of it being added.

The later stages also exist as challenges to aim for, why do you want to take the challenge away? What do you gain from overcoming every challenge immediately?

Personally I liked it a lot, did all 30 levels and having to actually focus on gunplay rather than skills is cool IMO.

I have max weapon. I had it first day, actually. I still can't kill mobs with weapon faster than with skills. You are missing the point. One mob must not have 50 mln hp. And you will not have such amount of ammo either.
