I cleared up to level 10 erosion, and personally don't see the point in farming cores since I prefer to use skills. I unlocked all descendants and I'm stuck at defiler story wise, the one you need 700k dps, I'm around 250k. Not getting that done any time soon. I enjoyed going through the story and unlocking things, now I just do dailies, buy skins and do some 400% hard mode mission solo runs with Ines. The only descendant that I can clear 400% hard mode missions and erosion levels easily. A bit sad that skill DPS doesn't transfer between descendants that well. But otherwise erosion is end game content and meant to be challenging, so you can bump up your weapons. Still fun to play even the lower levels. :]

Promised and delivered.

- pet auto loots.
- pet auto dismantles
- included item filtering for gear
- library literally tells you where every item can be found.
- added advanced stabilizers to reduce the grind.
- added in a "pity" system to reduce the grind.
- Changed legendary reactors to use weapon categories rather than a specific weapon.

I think the sweet spot of VE for players who do like to play diverse amount characters would be between 21 -25 , You could play skill based char or weapons based and it would be effective. It doesn't really require too much investment as well

Prior to 21 its all iness/ freyna domination and after 25 guns start to creep forward.

I'm playing for around 10 days now again after a 6 month break, I completely build 3 chars and fully build 4 weapons in that time, ofc I still had some cata's lying around from last time, but it's really not that hard, nor does it take that long to build one char and gun so you can do the higher content, if you don't want to do that than you just cant comfortably do the highest lvl content, that's just how it is, as soon as I build Gley and a weapon I breeze through 30's easily, I was stuck at 29 on Ines, just couldn't do it on her, so I build Gley.

Balance is way off right now, but that's just how it is, most likely the new trees and cores coming out will balance it a little bit more, but until then, either build one of the chars that can do the higher lvl Void Erosions, or wait and see what happens, up to you, the harder content should definitely stay, and hopefully they bring out more and harder content, the only problem is the balance, not the difficulty.

Do your three characters each have at least 12 catalysts in them?

If not, then they are not "Completely built" characters, they are singular purpose characters, much like the Bunny's, Freyna's and Ines's who come into Abyss Colossi and kiss the floor 30 seconds in.

Much like my Hailey who only has 7 catas because I raised her specifically for VEP when im tired of tryharding 29 and 30 on Ajax and just wanna take it easy. Singular purpose. She would not be good for Bossing since shes just a Mobbing VEP build and I would have to put in at least another 3 new catalysts to make her Bossing Able.

My Ajax has 8 loadouts thus he has 19 catas, hes a Super Built character. He has his Guardian Build *Support Jax used in VEP Party* Aegis Build *Shield Jax for one particular Colossi* Fire Jax, Frost Jax, Venom Jax, Thunder Jax and Berserker *non VEP Mobbing build* and Droideka *Solo VEP*

My own Freyna has 13 Catas, Glass Cannon Build for 400 percents only. VEP Tanky Build and Anti Electric build for Colossi.

Thats what a "Completely built" character looks like. So for the majority of players, who didnt log in, or play or save up catas from events, or worse, new to the game, wouldnt be able to attain all this easily. So what they will do is seek out the most recent youtuber meta build for Bunny, Freyna or Ines, and go with that and only that. They will do Colossi, they will get carried, but its ok, long as they get alot of wins, they will keep playing and spending money on cosmetics and keep the game going.

They do VEP though and realize they are complete trash, and the only way to not be complete trash is to do allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll this grinding and/or whip out the credit card, you really think they gonna keep playing the game after that and spend money on it?

Worse still, what if they put out content centered around needing Cored up weapons? Now we gonna have these Bunny's, Freyna's, Ines's, and probably soon Serena's, coming into that content, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the bed because they cant be carried, their DPS contribution is needed too, they cant win no matter what, and instead of blaming themselves, they will blame the game and go play something else.

MH Wilds is almost here, and we got Soulframe coming too, Vindictus Defying Fate another Nexon game is going into its second testing this summer. You think people will stick around if ♥♥♥♥ dont change?

And I for one, wont much longer either, I put massive time and dedication into my Ajax and its real ♥♥♥♥♥♥ when I go into VEP 30, to get called out by some Enzo or Lepic tryhard that im on a "Useless Character" as I proceed to giving them defensive boosts, shield boosts, two different barriers so they are free to stand and shoot without concern, and buffing my own Firearm ATK by 75 percent just from buffing them, and im so tanky I can stand infront of any mob and shoot at their heads all day.

Hes probably the only other character I would enjoy playing, so when Ult Blair is out, I may try him out regardless what he may or may not be good for. End Note. I should be able to do any and all content with the character I spent 17+ catalysts on making various module loadouts on em.

VEP is artificial difficulty at its worst, and most of the people on the leaderboards, especially solo, cheated onto it anyway. Leaderboards was a very stupid decision, they should not have implemented it. Just gives another source of frustration and ofc, a Witchhunt for the players on it.

dude quit crying, if devs intended you to use one char for everything there wouldnt be elements, and diff factions like order of truth and darkness. Git gud or move on.

Also, the factions system is stupid. Warframe did it better via its modules. Having to remateria and Reroll the faction you need each time for your gun is extremely stupid. Anyone who actually favors that need to get off the cheetoes and go on a treadmill for a few weeks.

Did I noticed the QoL improvements? Well no realy.

(havent played since end of january, maybe something improved)
- pet auto loot: based on a timer, I still have to run around a lot to "pickup" stuff, but I give you that, better than nothing
- pet auto dismantles: based on filters that are not realy that flexible and usefull, disabled this function after few runs as it did more harm than good
- included item filtering for gear: yah but not realy working (item have a tier, ie purple, stats have a tier, ie gold, however when you set item to include purple and stats to include 1 gold, any item that is purple but have at least 2 gold is excluded etc)
- library tells you...: as it should from start
- added advanced stabilizers: which were not available except purchasing a very limited number from ETA-0 (and event), not one of the dozen stabilizers I had worked. Apparently there were talks they want to make them "buildable", do not know if it is "finaly" here now, but it was not when I last played
- added in a "pity" system: well they added a joke, the pity system only works for amorphous materials from the open world (reactors) but it excludes various special amorphous materials, 2 weeks later they added this amorphous materials to infiltration missions, making the pity system useless. Remember when they showed the pity system in Q&A, it showed how it can be used to get special parts, but that was removed in the patch.

- and the list goes on: well, to me their QoL list goes on, but most of it should have been in the game since release and not added afterwards, and not much realy stands out. And things that need attention, like balance, are left out... heck they even balanced out all missions around the super-mobber Freyna, instead of balancing Freyna...

Somehow its nice to see someone who can still trust, but after seeing that for over 20 years, I simply do not trust anymore. I gave them 4 months and in those they havent delivered one thing that would realy make the game less frustrating. Nice that you still have hope, and interesting that you see what they added as something realy positive, considetring 96% of players left already, I would say you are in the minority.
