Flashing lights under my feet

Hello everyone, I'm playing with image generation, I have a problem, I have like white lights flashing when I walk under my feet. Do you have the same problem, thank you for your help

I found these ray reconstruction which generates these lights at the bottom of the screen so I disable it.

I not got issue on that option :o
and I need to enable that option . or else. quality is drop alot. and I dislike it :o

Thank you. I had no problem with my 4080 super but since I got my new 5080 I have this problem. It's since yesterday's Nvidia update.

I found the source of the problem, I had put the ray reconstruction in the nvidia panel for this game to the most recent ones. I put it back to the 3D parameter and I can reuse the ray reconstruction which is prettier
