Don't care, still going to play.
Perhaps I will not buy in through the cash shop, but I see no reason not to play a free game.
Fake news. Court fillings show evidence of theft by dark and darker devs. There's even a police raid. Stop regurgitating garbage youtubers (Are you one?) or echo chambers who jump the gun and spreading nonsense. Ironmace did not even sue back and used a torrent (dangerous...)
As for "great" game, nah. Almost all recent games are mediocre nowadays driven by predatory practices. Some of the hyped ones that are fraudulent (Dark and darker, Day before, etc) are just that, hyped or new toy syndrome.
There's another game, Myth of empires by Angela games. That one is more vague but Snail/Wildcard is dragging it out as they are suing each other.

I don't know about the lawsuit, and I'm not sure that it necessarily matters, and certainly with the news being so fresh the facts are going to be hard to tell from the fan service... but after someone else pointed out the "microtransaction" store that includes game changing elements (pets, skills, pet food, etc.)... well...
I take zero issue with a cash shop that is purely for cosmetics. Funding artists that increase a player's ability to appreciate the game seems worthwhile... but when there are game changing purchases or "loot boxes" I tend to start looking skeptically at the developer.
Knowing this is important to me. Thanks for raising the concern for visibility.
Edit: I did go and look at what Nexon did with MapleStory and Vindictus before I made my comment. What's in the cash stores for those other games seem likely to be the case in this case. So that's a big turn off.
