Why is the movement speed in the game not working correctly?

I am concerned about 1 important question: why does the sprint speed in the weapon core not add up to the speed from the 2nd bunny skill? If someone is interested in the same question, join in. Maybe the developer will guess to fix this error and players will finally be able to move really fast.

It is not error, the sprint speed is capped at 1300, bunny's 2nd skill sprint speed is 1200, so weapon core doesn't add much

in that case, why was speed added to the cores? hoping to finally run without being disabled, I built myself a python in 70% of the sprint. 60% of the core and 10% in the build. but in the end, it doesn't make sense.

so either this is still a mistake and the speed cap should not be in the game, or the presence of speed in the core is a fierce nonsense. I understand that there are other characters besides Bunny, but it is obvious that a player who wants to run fast will take her and squeeze out the maximum, which is now impossible to squeeze out.
