Creating Nexon Account is broken and impossible to make one

So every time I try to log into an existing account, it says my Email is not a valid email, which would imply I need to create an account.

The problem is everytime I try create an account, it either says "This user ID is already being used," even though it stated before that my ID and Email was invalid.

Other errors are saying that "I cannot login from a different region." Only ever played on NA/American servers, so I don't know what the is about.

It is like Nexon thinks I have an account already, by holding my email hostage.. And when I try to make a new account, it says it already exists. Yet when I try to log in, it says my credentials are wrong and another account is using my stuff. Makes no sense.
