Caliber Still Hard to Buy

After several weeks of trying I still have most of my Caliber purchases blocked by Steam. I can only buy the $50 pack randomly, but never the $70 or $100 pack, so I never have exactly enough to buy an Ultimate (thanks Nexon for the exact pricing). So ridiculous when support does nothing except tell me I have "unusual activity" on my account and they can't do anything beyond that.

Go to your account and verify the card that you are using.

home>account: store & purchase history bottom of that there a link "verify payment method" underneath "Update the payment method linked to this account." Then follow the instructions.

Nothing there. My payment methods works just fine. I have funds in my Steam Wallet. The issue is when trying to use those funds for First Descendant most of my purchases just fail. I click "authorize" and I am back to the menu with caliber still in my cart. Purchase history shows failed transactions. Occasionally I can buy a $50 pack, but then the next $50 pack is blocked.

That would not affect buying from Steam without the game running.

I think, it is some kind of protection from devs side. In case someone hack your account (or kid) and wasting money.
Maybe try to buy lower amounts of Caliber.

Already did two times, but you lose out on the bonus caliber when you buy multiple smaller packs. Really stupid.

Your account is restricted you must verify your payment process to steam again. It's messed up but that what it is.
Verify through steam then email.com then steam again, Contact steam that you have verified your payment information. They will lift the restriction.
