Nothing there. My payment methods works just fine. I have funds in my Steam Wallet. The issue is when trying to use those funds for First Descendant most of my purchases just fail. I click "authorize" and I am back to the menu with caliber still in my cart. Purchase history shows failed transactions. Occasionally I can buy a $50 pack, but then the next $50 pack is blocked.
Maybe try to buy lower amounts of Caliber.
Verify through steam then email.com then steam again, Contact steam that you have verified your payment information. They will lift the restriction.
