Hailey build?

I've got a tank/hybrid damage build on her. I know she's a sniper, but it feels like there's no good way for her to actually get into a good position? Skill 1 is wave clear, 2 is a nuke that has you stationary, 3 slows you down for more damage and 4 is da gun. Feels like I should be playing/building here as a bit of a bruiser. Any thoughts?

There's some issues with her ult scaling, so you need to test by yourself which mods and stats affect it, or w8 until community did it.
And as i see she is dedicated boss killer anyway.

Her 4th skill is her highlight but its takes its damage from the weapon with additional damage from Skill power, so I am goign to assume its like a Gley massacre build

aw dude, you seen the scaling on her 2nd skill? That feels like her ult more than anything. I made the mistake of using Technician though. Gotta use Power Increase to actually get goofy damage
