Having Trouble with the new Infiltration for saving Hailey? (Walkthrough)

I seen on the discussion forum some people are having an issue with this instance. Thought I would try to help by making this discussion.

When you first enter the instance, you will see a floating platform to your right. You want to grapple up onto this as it will show you the colors assigned to the platforms on the ground. When looking at the red wall blocking your path it will show you the sequence you need to stand on those platforms. In the first room after standing on the 3 color platforms in sequence you may need to stand on the 4th platform to trigger the door opening. This will take some time for the platform to register so watch the platform for the bars and ensure they are 100% and circling the platform.

The second room is the same as the first room, kill the enemies using your best Mob build, such as Thunder Cage and stand on the platforms. Easy, right?

The boss room I found a bit different, when you enter the boss room, you will see the boss surrounded by a shield. Note the outline color of the shield and stand on the platform that represents that color, please be sure to use your Mob build as the adds can become overwhelming quite quickly. Once that platform is full, you can shoot the boss and the shield will take damage.

After the shield is depleted you will see a bar below the boss's HP, once this is full, his shield will restore and you will need to move to the next platform color and repeat the same sequence as above. I highly recommend using a Mob build while filling the platform bars and then using the Tamer on the boss to melt his HP as quickly as possible.

Hope this helps someone, in my opinion the Developers could have given much more affordances to players as this can get frustrating, and confusing, rather quickly.

There are 3 types of invasion dungeons, once for each faction of mob. Each type has its own puzzle.

Well then, they can take this with a grain of salt and see if it is the same as my experience. If it is, this can be considered a guide for that experience. I appreciate you letting me know that as I was not aware of it. This is specifically for the first dungeon when Hailey is introduced to us. Thank you for the clarification though.
