Hailey Transcendent mods needs to be released now.

As the title states her mods need to be released now not later. I am having fun playing her but It feels really bland not being able to really make a build for her. The mods I have been using are some of the basic stuff I believe she is going to need but I can't be 100% on what to build until I see her Transcendent mods.
I really like her Sniper Skill but it only has 4 shots and it looks like we may get to upgrade it somehow. Would be awesome if there was a way to always be using it maybe with a Transcendent mod?
Not being able to modify her skills because she doesn't have her Transcendent mods is horrible.
I bet they planned on locking them behind the new boss but they need to learn locking them behind one boss is a horrible idea. That is why they changed Luna's mod drop from just being one boss.
They need to be released there is no point and making us wait for these. If not I should just stop playing and wait till Oct. 10th to fully build Hailey.

Was shocked they released a character without any. Luna had hers the first day, why not Hailey? Very disappointing.

Funny, she's severally time gated away for people not spending money so... hardly surprising that they are releasing them... later.

I would have said yes prior to the patch hit but right now after seeing what her grind looks like and the kind of content she's half locked behind I'm of the opposite opinion:

Don't give players an incentive to compulsivelly spend money (on the descendant) to skip a grind made artificially painful preciselly to push them into spending. This is already past the unethical line.
Let time weed out the people that really want to play her from the brainless paypigs rewarding Nexon for shady practices.

This is a terrible argument. Do not denigrate others who decide to spend their earned money on a character either because of your irrational moral framework. You did. It's a problem for me when poor/terrible logic is used to make an argument so absurd. The "brainless paypigs" to describe people who pay for content in this game is just BS. That is completely baseless and only intended to insult anyone who paid for content. It's as if you have created the moral line between those who farm for her and those who pay for her, demonizing the latter.

The pace of the game updates is quite worrying though.

There are already build videos up. Her sniper skill scales mostly off equipped weapon and the CD is pretty short as is. So the build is ultimate sniper rifle + some CD reduction along with the basics (chill power, some HP, etc.)

Her bossing build is much simpler than Viessa or Lepic, cheaper too. You'll need 2-3 catas at most to get started leaving you enough room for later.

Sure, but I do not see how that would have anything to do with having transcendent modules available at release. While I do not believe that would be the case, if they did decide based on "grinding," that would be bad for them and their players, preventing content based on whether one paid for a character or put in the work to get them. Cannot see that being a factor.

He is right though you shouldn't talk like people who spend their money are stupid. I bought her because I wanted to play her now not later. I knew the grind was going to be a long one but it should be because this game is Free To Play and they need to at least try and make money.
The only issues I have with the cash shop in this game are Paints should lock to a character not skins they shouldn't 100% unlock fro every character once you buy them and if they did change that they would have to amp the price up to about 200 per paint. And the battle pass is pretty poor. Other than that I am fine with the prices. I work enough to make money to live and have left overs to spend on hobbies of mine. Most people do unless they have made really poor choices in life which isn't mine or the developers problem. If you do have the money to spend but you choose not to that is on you not anyone else.
And Luna released with her Mods so every character should at least release with two Transcendent mods. Build characters without them is very difficult.

For delaying Hailey's red mods a month, that is the time it will take minimum to farm her grinding 2 invasion missions every day, that's 24days minimum to get her.

So no one will have her unless they drop real money to buy her on the shop.
