Invasion mechanics are horrible

Every single new gameplay mechanic i've encountered so far is tedious, unbalanced, unintuitive and unfun, none of them utilize core gameplay aspects that make the game good in the first place,

"You came for fast paced action, movement and build/gameplay customization? Here, solve some repetitive puzzles bro, oh and we have infinite waves of weak enemies during each one, so you better play Bunny again just like you do in 90% of all other content."

What were devs thinking while doing those goofy puzzles which takes 4 times to do drone puzzles to break door seals. ?And also lastly another one for the boss? LMAO . I think they thought it'd be so fun.

i haven't done an invasion yet, but if they're as tedious as i'm reading they obviously did it to frustrate players into buying hailey

That is buy far the most annoying part, a mob across the map just deactivates it or another mob straight up blows up the platform. I'm not playing this update. Finished 2 missions and I'm already pissed.

It's marked enemies called technicians I think. You have to shoot them before the step on the circle that you activated. These missions really prefer valby who leave static damage pools so dont have to worry about moving around too much.

Can someone explain the symbol-drones mechanic?

I am looking at pillars for symbols from top-to-bottom, which should correspond to the drone 1-dot to 4-dots. Symbol at the top being 1-dot, symbol at the bottom being 4-dots. I find that drone and activate it - everything explodes.

I mean if you r going with this puzzle thingie ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at least make it a team dungeon and spawn more and harder mobs or something and try to make it more fun with tanking, healing, supporting etc.. oh god.. not rocket science... I cant do this whole season, nope no way...

The drone mission is annoying, the color plate one isn't too bad. Having played bunny for 2 of the color plate missions, I think im gonna switch over to Ajax or another bulkier descendant. She's too squishy to be good in that type of mission.

The Season seems a bit rubbish and pointless given that its going to reset at the end.

gutted, was genuinely looking forward to playing again but theyve missed the goal

oh yeah, it's forced solo too, another core pillar of the game (co-op) made obsolete in this "content"

The drone thing would not work in a group, when you pick a drone it kills everything outside the area. That means randoms would mess it up.
