Help with progress lost due link account

I spent 140 hours into the game and also I bought two skins and I tried join the Freyna event linking account but it reseted my steam game and when I start it goes the beginning.

I did the unlink thing but yet the result is the same.

How I can recover my original account? How the ♥♥♥♥ Nexon could ♥♥♥♥ up this badly with an event?!?

there is NO game on this earth is interfere or invole player account or bring this issue become talk of the town .

its a ppl TRUST . and No matter what how good of the game.

IF you make them feel like its can wipe anytime b4 service terminate couz They bore and go play other game already . They just dont wanna play .

its make us feel like We just Beta tester :o

I read them and they all show the same fix but its not working for me, what I should do different?

Unlinked the nexon account of my steam account and not working.

Changed the e-mail of the nexon account to reset it, not working.

Restarted the game several times unlinked and linked and it all does the same, not working.

I NEED SOME HELP =/

Hey its not your fault Nexon Raoyaly f up hard, they gobble up wahtever youre done and rewrite your server based save file - the problem is, they f this part up. so your stuff is lost forever unless they are smart enough to write a script to roll this all back en mass. otherwise you somehow have to open a ticket and prove to them waht you have lost.

TL:DR: Youre fockt until they "repair" it.

Luckily I have the transaction code for my purchase made on my original account. Now I just have to wait and see if they will be able to track it.
