If we take the word at its definition, that being,

No one was misled, no one was tricked out of any money, No one forced anyone to buy it under duress.They paid to skip grind and short cut game content. Thus no one was scammed.

Next people will be telling me that buying one get one free is a scam because yesterday it wasn't on offer, or the whole of black friday to cyber monday is a (well that is but for other reasons) a scam.

You buy one thing one day and the next it might be half the price or indeed being given away for free.

Oh and I got her in a few days of grinding and then waiting for her to be made which in fact took longer than getting the BP. It's always been free? Every Ultimate is available for free or do you mean the people who paid to skip the grind? Because it's never really been forced on anyone to buy anything, they bought it because it skipped them having to work to get it, that's hardly a scam.

Bunny is the poster child for the game. While the normal Bunny is a quest reward at the start, they're now offering the ultimate version for logging in 14 times. However, this isn't truly free if you value your time, you could farm the ultimate Bunny in less than 14 days if you really wanted to. Given that Bunny is the face of the game, it makes sense that she's the first free ultimate character they offer in exchange for your time. If you already have Ult bunny then you can get Sharens 2 skins instead. No one got tricked or forced into buying ultimate bunny in pre-season, you clicked on the purchase button yourself. why you so trigged over them giving an ultimate away?? this is a good thing.
