Update Stuttering on my RX 6600 XT
I haven't play TFD a while and try to play this again and got stuttering whenever i move my mouse, when i see game performance overlay everytime i move fast my GPU utility and clockspeed are dropped, try lowering my mouse polling rate from 1000 to 125 just help the lagging, revert to previous adrenaline driver not fixing it, using morepowertool so my GPU not downclocking not solving it either, i don't know if the problem is on my gpu driver or the game optimization itself is not good

PC Spec :
Ryzen 5 3600
RX 6600 XT
16 GB Ram

Update - after so long try to fix it, i try dual boot with windows 10, and now the game is run smoothly, so the problem is my windows 11

For technical purpose the GPU NEEDs to be at 100% unless you use V-sync or lower FPS to 60, if you hav deeps and stutters, check your CPU Usage, if it is at 100% you are bottlenecked or some application suck your CPU to death.

i don't even know what happen, cpu and gpu usage is normal, some people say polling rate problem, yes it change a little bit, but after installing windows 10 and try the game, everything is run normal and very smooth, i don't understand with my windows 11

The latest Win 11 version has massive issues, that's why.

Huh? This game is built on unreal engine 5, it needs an RTX 13090 Ti Super to run at 15 fps with DLSS 7 multi-frame-gen upscaled from 240p. Should be out in about 10 years and only cost $ 8999. Can't wait until then to play some UE5 games!

I know this is sounds annoying but did you turn on rebar/sam on? Is the gpu run on max pcie lane? Is the gpu set to max power?, did you try turn off/on hardware accelerated gpu scheduling? (in win 10 its off by default, in win 11 its on , most of game i tested end up with hardware accelerated gpu scheduling as culprit) Is ray tracing off? Have you tried -noraytracing command line? Did you turn on xmp or expo for ram? Have you tried lower the mouse pooling rate to 250hz or lower?

i already tested with rebar on or off, but still same, foe hardware accelerated gpu i don't remember it, and i always turn off ray tracing setting, for xmp yes i manually set it, and for polling rate i lower it to 125hz but still stuttering, but there is no problem now since i dual boot with win 10, anyway thanks for commenting
