Question about Narcississm module

hi guys, can any one explain the effects of this module please.

While Sprinting, Skill Cost -2%/Skill Cooldown +1% every second (up to 10 stacks)

does that mean the cooldown is increased by ten while i sprint or the cooldown is decreased ?

Depends on what X is if it's a number greater than 0 than yes. If it's 0.1 then no.

That seems like it would be amazing on Bunny.

it just sounds to me that cooldowns are increased while you sprint ? but i could be wrong and it could be decreased. which would make it a great module

No it just how it reads the Skill CD would be increased (time increased) while skill Cost would be decreased while running. So yes -20% Skill Cost and +10% Skill CD at 10 stacks which is like someone said before is really good for Bunny.

it dose not work, any mod with stacking ability none of them working
