Drop Rates calculated - Everything is fine except the 25$ Recipe
Hi all.
I just did 66 runs to farm the Energy Activator. That's about 8h of farming.
I did not craft anything during this farm, since i was interested in the real drop rates

Here are my results:

amorphous pattern 02
Item My Nexon Expected Real
Result Chance Outcome Outcome
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Energy Activator : 0 3 % 1.98 0.00%
Afterglow Sword : 8 6 % 3.96 12.12 %
Greg reversed Fate: 11 15 % 9.9 16.66 %
Smithereens: 21 38 % 25.8 31.81 %
Gley: 26 38 % 25.08 39.39 %
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Total 66

As you see, all the recipes for the Descendants and the Weapons drop as expected. Just the Energy Activator did not drop at all. I guess because the part costs about 25$ to buy and my account has enough money in it to buy one.

I think the still fake the drop rates but only for the pricy items.

I hope they will fix that soon!

If you calculate it, then also include calculations about how precise this calculation is. This isn't a coin toss, where 66 runs already get a good idea about how close it is to 50 %, but running 66 times on a 3 % drop still has a 13,4 % chance to not drop it at all. That's like 1 in 8 persons experiencing it with that low number of runs. Should be at least 152 runs to raise the chance of getting a drop to 99 %, but obviously doing it until you get this drop like 50-100 times is preferable, just to be as precise as possible and ruling out luck based extremes. And yes, that takes time, but it's necessary to have a proper case here

Why would you grind stuff on normal mode when it's faster on hard mode? This proofs nothing except you wasted your time.

What I am gathering, is the game is being guarded by people with more time on their hands than they know what to do with. You just put an entire work-day shift into grinding to come up with a singular sample size.
They're probably getting paid 1caliber per message.

It ain't much but it's (dis)honest work.

Yes, in my eyes the drop rates from some items seem manipulated, but there is another problem...
The ridiculous thing about this theme is that you have a cap of 350 items in your inventory... and i dont found a way to get rid of the useless stuff! I dont need 30 times a Lepic item but it fills the cap... .. .

I am about 2XX but the cap comes closer with every crap you loot the 20th or more time...
and then what then... you cant get rid of this items! A cap where you can do nothing about! You can't even sell it to this scamming trader in town, who pay near nothing...
