FIXED: Long "Preparing Shaders.."
There are three known to me solutions:

FIRST SOLUTION (worked for me personally)
It's been said on this hub before a couple of times, I just wanna highlight it, because it fixed the issue for me, I can't guarantee it will work for everyone, but it's worth giving a shot, because it's very simple to do, although the solution is so stupid I have no idea why it's affecting the loading times.

Link your account in-game. (ESC -> Options -> Account) Yup, that's it. I have no idea why, but it made the game load much, much faster. Before it took minutes at times, now mere seconds.

My guess would be that the shader settings are being saved into NX account, and it can't do it without linking, but it's just a wild guess, it's the only explanation that makes sense to me.

If for some reason you are interested in my hardware, it's ancient and not that great, i7-3770S, installed on 870EVO, so only SATA3, 1070ti. Sharing it because I've seen some folk talking something about i7s and i9s having issues with shaders, blah, blah, but it seems like nonsense to me now that I got the game working as intended.

WARNING: People are reporting that linking accounts when you've already made some progress is resetting them back to the state as if they just started playing, HOWEVER so far from all the people that mentioned it to me, NONE were actually affected by it, they just heard it from somewhere else, and I myself linked my account after 90h+ of playing, and no progress was lost. Personally I think it's just a rumor or a case of people wiping their accounts on accident, and shifting blame. I have no proof for either case, so just be aware that it may be possible, but personally I doubt it.

SECOND SOLUTION
1. Steam Settings -> Downloads -> Shader PRE-CACHING (Disable this and then re-enable it)

2. Go to the following folder: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\NVIDIA and then delete the files that are INSIDE the GLCache folder.

THIRD SOLUTION
İlk olarak BuBaLoM tarafından gönderildi:
Go to C:\Users\blabla\AppData\Local\M1\Saved\Config\Windows
open Engine.ini , add

[SystemSettings]
r.ShaderPipelines=1
r.ShaderPipelineCache.Enabled=0
r.D3D.ForceDXC=1

Pass that info around, help folks out.

I did it too and didn't lose any progress.

However I don't think the account stuff does anything special, I'm pretty sure this is just a way to get more loading screens so it has time to finish the shaders, for my weak hardware it took like 20+ to do so and even after it's finished it still takes like 2-3 loading screens to "load" them or whatever the heck it does now right after starting the game.

So I'd recommend just teleporting around until it's done if you want to avoid risking progress.

I mean for me it just fixed the issue straight away, only the first loading screen when entering the game is longer than the rest, but every other zone loads in less than 5 seconds

Adding it to the top as possible solution, thank you
my computer burns the hottest it's ever been~~ wish i could just get rid of shaders, i dont need fancy lighting ;-;
The shaders/shader settings are not stored in the nexon account.
They are stored on your PC and with the update they have changed it in a way that the game prepares shaders partially on few loading screens instead of taking long time in the beginning of the game.

There should be an option to let the game prepare all the shaders upon launch like in some other games, for example Street Fighter 6 has this and also Crime Boss Rockay City which is another game on UE5 engine prepares all shaders on first launch.
The only time when the game will take long time to prepare shaders again will be when you will update your GPU drivers or when the game gets a big update, though with the case of game updates the engine should just prepare new shaders and reload the stuff that was changed.

I didn't do anything, just played the game for some time and the % was higher with every load screen until it went to 100% and now the game has all the shaders prepared and it loads just like before the update.

This is not the case for everyone, why it's so hard to understand for some people? How it's supposed to work is one thing, how it does for some of us is another. Before the update only the first loading screen was long, rest was fine, after the update EVERY loading screen took minutes, no exeptions, and for some magical reason linking the account fixed it for me, and some folk. I tried it only because I've seen people mention it in this hub a couple of times, and I decided to finally check it out myself, and surprisingly it worked. As for the storing options on the NX account, as I said, it's only a wild guess, a theory, because I see absolutely no corellation between linking accounts, and shaders, yet for some dumb reason it worked, which is still baffling to me, but I can play the game so I don't really care.
Linked account worked on next load up. Closed the game an hour later. Back to Shader waiting room on next boot up. Any other suggestions?

Have you tried to other solution that I edited in at the end of the post? Other than that I can't help, these are the only two reliable options I've heard of so far.

I tried to link my email and it said that it was restricted.

I've never played a Nexon game before.
Linked my account helps me - now it in loading not build shaders and i can load game with Ray tracing on. Honesly it ... works ... strange. will do post about it.
