curious on the proc of Greg's Reversed Fate

to put it bluntly...the proc'ing of the ability is a bit confusing to me on what exactly procs the bombardment..."On hitting an enemy with Max Shield, proc Bombardment..." does it mean when my character is at max shield or the enemy? heck there are times i see the bombardment proc 2-3 times in a row but then stop proc'ing for the rest of the mission even after hitting full shielded baddies while having full shields...its a fun weapon to use but worthless if there's already no shields to damage or if my shield is damaged or if its bugged for whatever reason...not like the thunder cage where it procs upon DEATH of enemies constantly...maybe have it proc on just hitting enemy shields in general?...idk...just an observation...

edit (for clarification): so 30% trigger rate bombardment on ENEMIES WITH FULL SHIELDS (not the player's shield) on first shot impact...got it...more enemies with shields who dont have a SCRATCH means more possible bombardments...i guess if you're running solo runs, this might be handy for a time but in general matchmaking with randos, its kinda hard to keep the full AC-130 tactic going...thanks for the heads up tho

if you look at the stats on the ability it has a 30% trigger rate. I wondered the same thing lol

the gun is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. IT ASK ENEMIES ON FULL SHIELD, mean the very first shot at enemies who have 100 5shield it can pros its stuff with 30%. Not player shield
