Same , I loaded 99 euros into my steem account but when I enter the game it won't let me order. That's why I said ♥♥♥♥ it, I'll buy two for 49.99 euros and I'll lose 250, I don't care. The problem is that I only managed to buy one for 49.99 and it still won't let me order more......

I am facing the same issue. It's so frustrating. I opened a ticket and all I got was a generic response from steam support.

"We found some unusual activity on your account and our system has temporarily prevented your account from continuing to purchase items in this game. Please try again at a later time."

They didn't even indicate when exactly "a later time" is. This is so dumb.
