Can we get a private option session for the main hub?

Imma be real with y'all, I don't have the greatest hardware known to man (2060s RTX, 4 core i7- 4770, 32g of ram) but this game's performance tanks the second other people are involved in sessions. When I go onto any map my performance is completely fine. The second other people join it drops to the 20s and 30s. It's way worse for the main hub.

I don't need or really want other people around just to turn in quests and craft. If I need a party I'm willing to go to public area but preferably I'd rather just have a world chat available. If the only excuse for not having the feature is "interaction", "we don't know how", or you need to see other people's skins I'll happily acknowledge how trash the tech/ marketing team is and stop asking. Just wanna know if anyone else feels the same.

p.s. - If your only answe to this is "GEt A beTteR riG" you can save your worthless response for someone else. Also, if the only way you are willing to acknowledge that the game has issues is if your built like a brick ♥♥♥♥ house, top of the line pc, can't handle it then please stop participating in issues you knew you wouldn't have.

For every reason you can give to NOT have it, theres a counter to having it. This is a very odd thing to have issues with.

check if you have background fps turned on, disable and see that helps at all
i had it on for valorant fps boost but it tanks fps in this game if enabled
but am running a 4060 ti, oddly disabling that option fixed the fps lag

Just tried it. Didn't work, kinda. It made the main lobby a little better but it still dips into low 30s and 40s. Weirdly, turning up or tuning down graphics doesn't change the bad dips in the lobby but can sky rocket in gameplay.
