Optimize this for the Steam Deck

I would play so much more often if I could play this on the Steam Deck with a smoother experience while laying in bed with the Steam Deck. It does run, but trying to fight the Dead Bride with it on the Steam Deck often leads to crashes.

It is already running well enough in most areas, so I don't think it would be unreasonably difficult to optimize for it.

I've gotten it to be fairly stable by setting the frame cap to 30fps and using super performance on FSR (or whatever both those settings are for the up-scaling thing). I just wish that they didn't have that dumb as hell performance kick system. Honestly, if they removed that the game would be actually playable. Then again I feel like my use case is a bit different since I usually play this game with my deck hooked up to my TV, so I'm not exactly sure if my "crashes" are for the same reason.
