Performance issues

Constant frame stutter, crashing and lag in game. It is getting to the point that I am about to delete this simply due to performance issues.

Game runs smooth here... never had frame stutter, lag in game and since release only 1 crash.... Think it might be a you problem.... delete the game...

after upgrading from 16gb of ram to 32gb of ram the game suddenly stopped crashing and hardlocking every 1.25 minutes. it consistently sits at 9gb ram use for me.

The game runs horribly for me. Also getting constant frame stutter and frame drops. I've got a 4090, 7900x cpu, nvmes, and 64g ddr5 6000 ram. Got my gpu/chipset drivers up to date. They need to fix the performance its so frustrating playing a game that stutters this much.

means u've preloaded the game. u have to delete everything and do reinstall. by that i mean uninstaller, then delete all the folders that is left including all beta folders and files, clear shader cache... then reinstall.
this game can run very smoothly on minimal specs, maybe at low fps but smooooooth.

i also have lags and fps issue and i am sure its not pc issues at all but game and for some weird reason some ppl have and some dont have any problems idk why but sometimes i enter game 0 lag , i go do some missions 0 lag and then it just starts lagging from nowhere so much that i can barely even shot a mob , then few minutes later thats gone , and then for some period normal again and repeats .... and i noticed that some mobs when they spawn that lag increases , when mob dies , lag is gone ... some maps also 0 lag and then some maps u cant shot a mob from just map lagging itself , so might be some effects in game that mobs or maps too have that some pc just cant handle good no idea ... i am not expert on that but if it was pc it would always lag and everywhere not just at certain maps and when specific group of mobs spawns

Same what SpoonBender, when i did that, game ran heaps better for me,
They did advice that somewhere to do that, as in uninstall + remove everything and redownload, since seemingly the preload, ran really cr@p for loads of people. now i am able to run +90fps stable ( i do have an Amd 7900xtx card, all drivers are uptodaye even firmware).

Tho every 30m or something, i do get a hickup / hard freeze, and about half a sec later again. other than that it runs smooth (seems alot of ppl have this issue).


Side thing i also adjusted; check how your cpu + gpu is / was running load and temp wise. since mine ran for like both @ 100%

Since seemingly that happend to me aswell.

And some settings in gpu software, the game runs less heavy/ abnormal than it was before while having no fps loss.

Do you mean uninstall game delete M1 folder? And where can I find or clear the shader cache?

The minimum specs are probably for 30fps.

This game needs some optimization for sure but I have seen worse.

My specs are lesser than yours but no issues? I genuinely have no clue how these issues avoided me, my friend is having the same problems

LOVE this game, but i cant see the 5 minute timers on the outpost!!! If anyone knows a fix for that, or if the moderators are working to fix this problem let me know.

No australian server so dealing with latency issues here, Performance is fine, But when it lags the gun stops shooting which is annoying, Enemies teleport on top of you + unable to shoot them. Seems to be way worse than at release tho.
