Desendant level reset
Does decendant level reset/assign module also resets stats?

Yes you have the health and def of a lvl 1 if you use the catalyst sinse you are lvl 1 again.

Yes. Just do an Albion Resource Defense mission in Kingston for example to level up quickly and easily. It provides tons of experience for little work.
