Report a glitch
I was playing with a friend looking for vaults when we heard the sound of a vault pointing out of the map and tried to reach it. But instead we found a way to move off the map and away from the boundaries.

Having crossed those boundaries, we decided to explore a bit out of sheer curiosity. We were able to see and eventually enter other areas of the region we were in. We realized that all the zones of a region, in this case all the Vespers zones, are always loaded at the same time, even if we enter to play only one Vespers area as the game is designed.

We noticed a few things:
- All zones in the same region are rendered completely every time.
- The zones of the same region, load some entities: Storage Vox, Munition, Camp NPC, Vaults, Explosive Barrels.
- Interactable NPCs of camps in neighboring zones are still interactable: Workbench, resupply and storage.
- No mission, dungeon access, outpost, void shards or fusion reactors are loaded in the external zones to which one teleports at first.
- The respawning of the character by death or fall to cliffs, is done in the nearest zone, regardless of whether it is the one chosen to play or a neighboring one.

We have taken some screenshots and recorded a video where we speak Spanish. We want to report the glitch to Nexon but we can't find any way to contact the devs.

Does anyone know where these things can be reported officially?

Beware Whitenight Gulch - Triumphant Arch. Top of the map in the boss area if you step close to the retaining wall you will get stuck and when you die you spawn in exactly the same place.

That's pretty cool. And it explains why I often get vault pings while searching for them that clearly put the vault in a different zone.
Maybe they were initially planning to have the whole map loaded at once and put more people in it? Or maybe it's a sign for things to come?

The zones used to be one big map, but it ONLY allowed 4 players for the whole map. They closed off the exits to each minor zone, so now 4 players are in each minor zone helping each other out. So like Vespers was one big thing in different "chunks" but only had 4 players for the whole region, now they walled off the exits of the chunks.

Oh, I see. Sad. I was hoping it was a thing for the future, not a relic of the past.
My uneducated guess is console limitations. I'd have loved more people on a bigger map.

Yeah maybe that, but also a lot of the feedback was that we never ran into other players when it used to be 4 players for the whole region. Maybe they could've added more players, but idk how that would work. It's much better now imo, cause at least you can group up with randoms and encounter them more frequently. In beta I would encounter no one doing the same missions as me for a while.

Yeah, what we have is better than 4 people max on a big map. Still, I hope they'll revisit that in the future and find a better solution. Clearly, loading the whole map is already a thing, so maybe they could at least make the transition between zones faster and let us just walk through those gates instead of making it an actual loading screen every time. Like 'phasing' in other games or what it's called.
